Jennifer’s prints are available unframed or mounted on acrylic.
Mounted Prints
To protect and preserve your Jennifer Irving print, it is mounted on acid-free sintra backing and covered with acrylic. This surface, which is 99% UV protective, creates a richer, more vibrant look than glass. The result is a striking, clean-lined effect.
Your print arrives ready to hang with a sturdy, simple aluminum cleat system. Once hung, your print floats ¾” off the wall.
Unframed
Jennifer encourages you to have your print professionally framed. This will ensure the framing complements the print as well as offering maximum protection. If you are using an off-the-shelf frame, it’s best to have the print professionally mounted and matted with acid-free board to help it look its best and last longer.
Sizes
Jennifer’s limited-edition prints come in small, medium and large formats. Custom dimensions are also available, up to wall size. Please contact us for a made-to-order quote.
Limited and Open Editions:
Just as the name implies, limited-edition prints are available in restricted numbers. Open editions, meanwhile, are unlimited. While both are signed, only limited-edition prints are numbered with their place in the series.
Edition Number
For limited-edition prints, you automatically receive the next available print number at the time of your order.
Shipping
Jennifer’s work goes anywhere in the world couriers do.
Delivery time
Each work is custom-printed once we receive your order. After production, which takes approximately 10 days, your print is sent to Jennifer’s studio, where she approves, signs, dates and numbers it. Then we bundle it up, and ship it to you.
Here are delivery estimates from the time your print arrives in studio. Express shipping is also based from when it arrives in studio.
Standard Canadian Delivery: 8-10 Business Days
Standard USA Delivery: 8-10 Business Days
Standard UK Delivery: 10-14 Business Days
Standard International Delivery to Remote Areas: 14-21 Business Days
Tracking
We will confirm by email that your order has shipped, and give you the tracking number.
Returns
All sales are final once you place your order. If you receive the wrong print in error, please contact us, we will be happy to correct it.
Damage
In the rare case a print is damaged en route, we will happily replace it. Damage claims must be made within 7 days of delivery, so inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice damage to the package when your shipment arrives, please make note of it when you sign for delivery. Take a picture of the outside of the box before opening it. Once opened, please photograph any damage sites on the print or frame. Send your photos and details to hello@jenniferirving.ca with the subject line: “Damage: Order #.” We will follow up promptly.
Reproduction and Use
Jennifer’s photographs are protected by copyright. If you’d like to use one of her images, please contact us for permissions.
